With this package your property will stay on our own website and all of our additional adverting portals until you receive an acceptable offer. We will even include your legally required EPC (energy performance certificate), worth £85+ with other agencies.
This option is the more traditional selling option chosen by millions of sellers every year. There are no upfront fees and nothing to pay until you have accepted an offer and your chosen solicitor is ready to exchange and complete on the property. Only then will a selling fee of 1.5% be chargeable (Subject to £1250 minimum).
In addition to there being no upfront fees, there are also no withdrawal fees should you decide not to sell or decide to let your property instead. All we would need to withdraw, is one months notice in writing.
