With this package we include all your legal fees, conveyancing*, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) in a one off final selling fee of 2.2%. As with the STANDARD package this fee is only payable on completion. A withdrawal fee is applicable of £250 should you decide not to sell once your property has been listed.
As with any package Thehomegame.co.uk will create maximum exposure of your property on Findaproperty.com, Globrix.com, Primelocation.com, Gumtree.com and of course on Thehomegame.co.uk.
Your property will stay on our own website and all of our additional adverting portals until you receive an acceptable offer.
