Ideal whether you're looking for a quick professional low cost letting service, or you're an investor looking to list multiple properties whilst keeping a close eye on your returns. In addition to great flexibility this package comes with great freedom as there are absolutely no withdrawal charges should you decide not to let your property or let it privately yourself.
Thehomegame.co.uk will create maximum exposure of your property on Findaproperty.com, Globrix.com, Primelocation.com, Gumtree.com and of course on Thehomegame.co.uk. Your property will stay on our own website and all of our additional adverting portals until you have accepted one of our approved tenants.
Remember, with this option you're paying a smaller one off upfront fee of £75 inc VAT and therefore there is no fee payable when we find a suitable tenant for you.
If you have purchased this property though Thehomegame.co.uk then we wont charge you anything to let it as long as you are signing up to one of our property management packages.
All applicants are subject to extensive referencing including; previous landlord checks, employment checks, university / college checks, credit checks and right to live in the UK checks.
