This option is the more traditional letting option chosen by millions of landlords every year as there are no upfront commitments and nothing to pay until you have accepted a tenant. Our letting fee is always a high street beating; 50% of the first months rent*.
In addition to there being no upfront fees, there are also no withdrawal fees should you decide not to let or decide to let your property privately instead. All we would need to withdraw, is one months notice in writing.
All applicants are subjected to extensive referencing including previous landlord checks, employment checks, university / college checks, credit checks and right to live in the UK checks.
