- No additional set up fees are payable if you switch from tenancy only to thehomegame.co.uk management service**.
- We only take on tenants that have a guarantor (including employer if it’s a professional let) that owns a UK based property. This ensures absolute minimal risk of possible default on rental payments.
- Multiple properties to manage? Every third property will be managed absolutely free***
- Thehomegame.co.uk provides a DVD of full colour images to the landlord after any property inspection takes place.
